Clean
To start preparing your skin, take a shower with Tea Tree Shower Gel, gently massaging your skin and rinse with water. For gentle intimate care you can use the Intimate Gel.
Exfoliate
Apply Naturally Pure Body Scrub in gentle circular motions over your body. Rinse with water. We recommend using it once or twice a week, depending on your skin's needs.
Tone
Rub the skin with a body tonic of Alqvimia: Rosemary Alcohol or Queen of Hungary Water to promote complete absorption of the product.
Day or night treatment
Apply Lavender Relaxing Body Oil to relax or Natural Fitness before or after practicing sports using an upward massage with circular movements. Apply Comfort Legs Body Oil to your legs using an upward massage in circular movements.
