Refund policy
At Noemi Vives Belleza Integral, our top priority is to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- It must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- It must include all accessories, manuals and original documentation.
- Personalised products are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team by email or telephone to obtain a return authorisation number.
- Pack the product securely, including the return authorisation number on the outside of the package.
- Send the package back to the address we will provide. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Once we have received and verified the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we cannot issue cash refunds. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
