SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping zones

We ship to:

  • Iberian Peninsula (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal)
  • Balearic Islands
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (subject to specific conditions, see below)
  • [EU / non-EU countries — as applicable]

Delivery times

Peninsula 24-72 business hours
Balearic Islands 3-5 business days
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 5-8 business days (may require customs clearance)

Delivery times are counted from order confirmation. They do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Order preparation usually takes 1-2 business days.

The exact cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm the purchase.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or charges (IGIC, IPSI). These amounts are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order price.

Courier company

We work with GLS / CORREOS EXPRESS / NACEX to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to check the status of your shipment.

Receiving your order

At the time of delivery, we recommend that you:

  • Check the external condition of the package before signing.
  • If you notice any visible damage, record the incident on the delivery note.
  • Notify us of any incident within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@noemivives.com with photographs.

Undelivered orders

If, after two delivery attempts, the courier is unable to locate the recipient, the package will be returned to the centre. In that case, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. The cost of a second delivery will be borne by the Customer, except where the cause is attributable to the Seller or the courier.
