GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Noemí Vives Coves (hereinafter, “the Seller”), owner of the website noemivives.com, and any natural person who purchases products through the site (hereinafter, “the Customer”).
Placing an order entails express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which the Customer accepts by ticking the corresponding box before confirming the purchase.

2. Purpose
The purpose of the contract is the distance sale of cosmetic and skincare products through the online store noemivives.com, as well as the provision of information about the aesthetic services delivered at the Seller’s physical centre.
3. Products and availability
The Seller offers the Customer a selection of products from Natura Bissé and other curated lines. The description, photograph, price and availability of each product are displayed on the corresponding product page. Availability may vary and is confirmed at the time of purchase.
In the event of an obvious typographical pricing error or a supervening lack of stock, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer in full.
4. Purchase process
- The Customer adds the products to the cart.
- Proceeds to checkout, providing shipping, billing and payment-method details.
- Accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Cookie Policy.
- Confirms the order. The Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order summary.
- Once processed and dispatched, the Customer will receive a second email with the tracking number.
The language of the contract is Spanish. The contract is archived by the Seller; the Customer may request a copy at any time.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices shown on the site are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT under current legislation. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed itemised before order confirmation.
6. Payment methods
The Customer may pay for the order using the following methods:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- [BIZUM / OTHERS, if applicable]
Payment is processed securely via the SHOPIFY PAYMENTS / STRIPE / REDSYS gateway. The Seller does not store the Customer’s full card details.
7. Shipping
Shipping conditions, lead times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of the contract.
8. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to articles 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without any need to justify the decision.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (art. 103 LGDCU):
- Sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
- Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

9. In-cabin aesthetic services
Services delivered at the physical centre are booked through the online appointment system (Fresha) or by contacting the centre directly. The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 24 hours before: free cancellation or modification.
- Less than 24 hours before: the Seller reserves the right to apply a charge of 50% of the service fee.
- No-show without prior notice: 100% charge of the service fee.

11. Alternative dispute resolution
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we provide the Customer with access to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer Customer’s domicile.
