Cardamon Essential Oil (Elettaria cardamomum) is an oil that helps you connect with yourself and combat psychological fatigue. It is extracted from the seeds of a shrub that can measure up to 4 meters in height and produces yellow flowers. This oil is known for its revitalizing effects and for being a natural ally to improve mental and physical well-being.

- On a cosmetic level: Cardamom Essential Oil acts as a stimulating tonic with a mild effect. It also has antimicrobial properties that help eliminate bacteria on the skin, being useful in the treatment of skin prone to infections.

We recommend mixing a carrier Vegetable Oil, such as Almond, in a proportion of 97% with a synergy of pure Essential Oils in a proportion of 3%, and apply to the skin with a gentle massage.

Facial Massage
We can enhance the effect of a facial massage using a carrier Vegetable Oil (99%) with 1% Essential Oil. This is equivalent to approximately 20 drops of Essential Oil per 100ml of Vegetable Oil.
In the bathtub
By applying 10 to 15 drops of the Essential Oil of your choice, we can achieve a particularly relaxing and penetrating experience of its properties. It is recommended to previously dilute the Essential Oil with a small amount of vegetable milk, because as they have a fatty phase, it helps prevent drops or accumulations of essential oils from forming in the water that could irritate the skin.
