Helichrysum Essential Oil, extracted by steam distillation from the flowers of the Helichrysum italicum plant, is native to the Mediterranean. This essential oil is highly valued for its therapeutic and cosmetic properties. It is known to be an effective ally for treating bruises and scars, in addition to being very useful for relieving muscle and joint pain when used in massages diluted with vegetable oils.

- On a cosmetic level: Helichrysum Essential Oil is ideal for treating the skin, especially in cases of dark circles, bags and rosacea due to its anti-inflammatory, astringent and draining properties. It also has a notable healing effect, helping skin regeneration.
- On a therapeutic level: This oil has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and fluidizing properties. In addition, it stimulates diuresis, is antibacterial, antioxidant and expectorant when used in a diffuser.
- On an emotional level: Helichrysum Essential Oil is excellent for treating depressive states, providing a comforting and anti-stress effect. Diffuser
A very common use of Essential Oils due to their ease and versatility. Put between 5-12 drops in the flask diffuser, depending on the square meters of the room.

Body use
We recommend mixing a carrier Vegetable Oil, such as Almond, in a proportion of 97% with a synergy of pure Essential Oils in a proportion of 3%, and apply to the skin with a gentle massage.

Provide a unique aromatic sensation in your home by creating a natural fragrance based on essential oils. Apply 25 drops per 250ml of water.
Facial Massage
We can enhance the effect of a facial massage using a carrier Vegetable Oil (99%) with 1% Essential Oil. This is equivalent to approximately 20 drops of Essential Oil per 100ml of Vegetable Oil.
In the bathtub
By applying 10 to 15 drops of the Essential Oil of your choice, we can achieve a particularly relaxing and penetrating experience of its properties. It is recommended to previously dilute the Essential Oil with a small amount of vegetable milk, because as they have a fatty phase, it helps prevent drops or accumulations of essential oils from forming in the water that could irritate the skin.
