Clean
To start preparing your skin, take a shower with a natural Shower Gel, gently massaging your skin and rinse with water. For gentle intimate care you can use the Intimate Gel.
Exfoliate
Apply Naturally Pure Body Scrub in gentle circular motions over your body. Rinse with water. We recommend using it once or twice a week, depending on your skin's needs.
Tone
Rub the skin with a body tonic of Alqvimia: Rosemary Alcohol or Queen of Hungary Water to promote complete absorption of the product.
Day or night treatment
Apply the Sensuality Body Nectar using an upward massage with circular movements.
Nutricosmetics
Daily dose
Take 1 capsule a day with food, preferably at lunch, to promote absorption.
Duration of treatment
It is recommended to continue treatment for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 consecutive months. After this period, it is necessary to take a break of 1 month before resuming treatment if necessary. Do not exceed one year of treatment.
