Clean
To start preparing your skin, take a shower with the Anti-Stress Shower Gel, gently massaging your skin and rinse with water. For gentle intimate care you can use the Intimate Gel.
Exfoliate
Apply Naturally Pure Body Scrub in gentle circular motions over your body. Rinse with water. We recommend using it once or twice a week, depending on your skin's needs.
Tone
Rub the skin with a body tonic of Alqvimia: Rosemary Alcohol or Queen of Hungary Water to promote complete absorption of the product.
Day or night treatment
Apply the Anti-Stress Body Oil to your body, massaging in gentle, circular movements until completely absorbed. For a relaxing effect and to promote a feeling of calm and general well-being, finish the ritual by applying the Anti-Stress Eau de Cologne.
